Rob and Macklyn Smith are
recognized Texas Certified Investigators ("TCI"). They are only
two of less than forty investigators holding this nationally and
internationally recognized designation among in excess of 4,000
licensed investigators in the State of Texas. |
Rob is also the Chairman of the Texas Certification
program, sponsored by the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators
("TALI"), where Macklyn has served for the past three terms as
the Association's 2nd Vice-President. This prestigious certification achievement is also
held by one other leader of the fifteen special agents of this firm.
Steven S. Smith, TPLI, TCI successfully completed the year-long
training and testing program in 2002 and was awarded the
prestigious TCI
certification. His position in the agency as Senior Field Operations

Paul D. Smith, SVDS, TPLI, is a former TCLEOSE Police Officer and
TX DPS-PSB
approved agency school instructor since 1999. As a designated
Surveillance Visual Documentation Specialist for this agency, he takes the
leadership role frequently on investigations that require either video or
photo documentation for civil litigation, particularly in the areas of
child custody and domestic relations as reflected on this web site's
Specializations page.
